A Drabble From a Rabble - Six

 This one's a little bit different.

 Instead of being a standard story like the others, it's comprised entirely of dialogue. I'm really rather proud of it.

Treaty

“We have breaking news form the ongoing EU summit, apparently there’s a major disturbance there. We’re going to our correspondent Jayne Kale, Jayne, what’s going on?”

“I’m not sure, the perpetrator appears to be riding a... dolphin? Wait, he’s saying something.”

 “Did you think Poseidon would let this pass? I did not bring the sea from the frigid north to separate the Britons from the continent for fun. We had a deal, France!”

 “The French delegate is standing.”

 “We see no reason to not continue with this maritime treaty, you did not complain during the Entente Cordiale”

 “That was different!”
